Testing
Testing is one of the most important steps in production. At Modelleria GR, we adopt a series of tests to ensure that the finished products meet customer’s specifications and standards of use. Among the control activities performed are:
Inspection To verify that the patterns have no aesthetic or surface defects or small machining residues.
Dimensional inspection To verify that the finished products have the correct dimensions and conform to the required specifications.
CTR Thanks to our collaboration with a leading partner company, Exactaforma SRL, we are able to provide complete dimensional checks (CTR) using 3D scanning and comparison with pattern design calculations.
Following initial sampling by foundries, we personally ensure that the equipment is compliant and functional.
