Core boxes for Shell Moulding process
These are made in cast iron or steel, materials that can undergo subsequent heating to create the pre-coated sand core. They are equipped with removal systems, possible trolleys with pneumatic drives, and frames for fitting on core shooters.
Core boxes for cold-box or Ashland processes
These are made in resin, aluminium, cast iron or steel, depending on specific customer requirements and production lots. They may be equipped with removal systems, brass filters and frames for fitting on core shooters.
Additional services
We provide constant support to our customers, also after delivery! We can repair worn core boxes by replacing any parts damaged by time and use. We can also modify existing core boxes.
